Semax + Selank Nasal Spray

Semax + Selank Nasal Spray combines two Pro-Gly-Pro-stabilised heptapeptides in one pre-mixed 15 mL bottle with a metered pump, at a 1:1 ratio by mass. Semax (CAS 80714-61-0, Met-Glu-His-Phe-Pro-Gly-Pro) is a synthetic analogue of the ACTH(4–10) fragment; Selank (CAS 129954-34-3, Thr-Lys-Pro-Arg-Pro-Gly-Pro) is a synthetic analogue of the immunoglobulin-derived tetrapeptide tuftsin. Both were engineered the same way — a short bioactive fragment extended with a proline-rich C-terminal tail that resists exopeptidase cleavage — which is why they behave similarly in formulation and can be co-dissolved in a single aqueous vehicle.

Two fills share the 15 mL bottle: 5 mg of each peptide (10 mg total, roughly 0.33 mg/mL per peptide) and 10 mg of each (20 mg total, roughly 0.67 mg/mL per peptide). Supplying both compounds pre-mixed at documented concentrations removes two weighing steps and one dilution calculation from the bench workflow, which matters when the object of study is the delivery route rather than the formulation.
