The melanocortin and central-arousal compounds, plus the PDE5 small molecules studied alongside them. PT-141 (bremelanotide) is the most-studied of the group and the only molecule in the catalog stocked three ways — lyophilized vial, metered nasal spray and sublingual troche — which makes it the natural subject for a route comparison; note that the vial is the only one of the three whose concentration you set yourself. Melanotan II is the non-selective melanocortin agonist read against it, oxytocin covers the central-arousal side in all three formats, and the Pulse stack pre-combines PT-141, oxytocin and kisspeptin-10 as three separately sealed vials with a separate COA for each. Sildenafil and tadalafil are here as 30 mg/mL research liquids for the PDE5 comparison — short and long half-life respectively — and are small molecules, not sequences, so peptide handling does not apply to them.
