Overview
The Wolverine blend places two of the most studied repair-model peptides into one lyophilized vial: BPC-157, a fifteen-residue fragment of a gastric protection protein, and TB-500, the acetylated seven-residue actin-binding fragment of thymosin beta-4. The two are combined in equal amounts, so the 10 mg vial supplies 5 mg of each and the 20 mg vial supplies 10 mg of each.
Laboratories reach for a pre-blended vial when a protocol calls for both sequences at a fixed ratio and separate reconstitution would add handling steps, extra septum punctures and another source of pipetting error.
