Overview

This vial holds two growth hormone secretagogues that act at the same receptor but were designed with different selectivity profiles. Ipamorelin is a pentapeptide with a C-terminal amide, sequence Aib-His-D-2-Nal-D-Phe-Lys-NH2, built from unnatural residues including 2-aminoisobutyric acid and D-2-naphthylalanine. GHRP-2, also catalogued as pralmorelin, is the second-generation hexapeptide of the growth hormone-releasing peptide series, sequence D-Ala-D-2-Nal-Ala-Trp-D-Phe-Lys-NH2. Both are agonists at the growth hormone secretagogue receptor 1a, the ghrelin receptor.

How much of each peptide is in the vial?
