Overview
Semax is a synthetic heptapeptide built on the ACTH(4-7) fragment with a C-terminal Pro-Gly-Pro extension that improves stability. Selank shares that Pro-Gly-Pro design strategy but is built on tuftsin, a tetrapeptide derived from the immunoglobulin G heavy chain. Both were developed at the Russian Academy of Sciences and appear in a largely Russian-language research literature. Dihexa is structurally unrelated: it is a small angiotensin IV-derived molecule, N-hexanoic-Tyr-Ile-(6)aminohexanoic amide, investigated in connection with hepatocyte growth factor and its receptor c-Met.
Each vial carries its own lot number, its own HPLC assay at ≥99% purity and its own certificate of analysis. Supplying them unmixed allows independent concentration ranges, single-compound control arms and staged exposure across a study. The kit is offered strictly as research material for laboratory investigation.

Questions about Neuro Stack (Semax · Selank · Dihexa vials)
Why are Semax and Selank grouped with Dihexa?
By research context rather than chemistry. Semax and Selank are related Pro-Gly-Pro stabilised neuropeptides; Dihexa is an angiotensin IV-derived molecule studied around the HGF/c-Met pathway. The kit spans three separate mechanisms rather than three variations on one.
Does each vial have its own certificate of analysis?
Yes. Every vial is a distinct manufacturing lot and is released with its own COA reporting HPLC identity and purity for that compound. Three separate documents accompany the kit, and current lot COAs can be requested before you order.
Is Dihexa as soluble as the other two?
No. Semax and Selank dissolve readily in bacteriostatic water, while Dihexa is substantially more lipophilic and can take longer to go into solution or require a co-solvent suited to your assay system. Plan solubility testing before preparing a full vial.
Can I use one vial and store the others?
Yes. Unopened lyophilized vials stored sealed at −20 °C away from light and moisture stay stable well beyond a year, so the kit can be worked through one component at a time as a protocol progresses rather than all at once.
Why not supply these as a blend?
Because their useful concentration ranges differ substantially, particularly for Dihexa. A fixed-ratio blend would force one component into an inappropriate range whenever another was correct, which makes separate vials the sound format for this group.
